Logging In to the Handyman App: Company Login Plus a Personal PIN

Two Parts

The tech app uses your company login plus a personal PIN for each tech. The company login gets the phone into your account; the PIN says which tech is using it.

Why Not Shared Logins

If everyone uses one login, every job, photo and clock-in looks like it came from the same person. When a customer asks who fixed the door, you don't know.

Setting Up PINs

Add each tech as an employee and give them a PIN. They enter it on the phone once and stay logged in.

Shared Phones

Some companies keep a phone in each van. With PINs, whoever is driving that day logs in as themselves.

When Someone Leaves

Deactivate their employee record and their PIN stops working. Nothing on the phone has to be wiped.
